Individual Therapy
Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or disconnected at times. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with what matters most.
As a licensed therapist, I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, parenting stress, and questions of identity, purpose, and meaning. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and stories that shape your life, creating space for greater self-understanding, healing, and growth.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and reflective. I believe insight creates possibility, and that meaningful change begins when we become curious about ourselves with compassion rather than judgment.
What to Expect
Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches, our work may include exploring personal narratives, processing difficult experiences, identifying unhelpful patterns, building coping skills, and deepening self-awareness.
Because stories help us make sense of our lives, I may occasionally incorporate literature, picture books, or other creative resources when they support the therapeutic process. These are simply tools—not the focus of our work together.
Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can provide a space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.
